Every customer has the right to return a product within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason, according to Art. 55, Para. 1 of the Consumer Protection Act, except for the cases described in Para. 2 of Art. 55. The amount will be refunded by bank transfer.
How to return a product
If you wish to return a product, please contact us by phone at 024111750. Prior contact with us is mandatory.

Return conditions
We only accept back products that are in good commercial condition and have not been visibly used or exploited. They must be acceptable as new. Pursuant to Art. 55 of the Consumer Protection Act, the customer must send or hand over the goods back to the trader or a person authorized by him no later than 14 days after the date of receipt of the goods.

Complaints and refunds
In the event of a quality problem with the product, we will replace it, make a discount or refund the amount paid. The costs of courier and/or transfer of the amount are at our expense (Art. 124 of the Consumer Protection Act).

Agro Techno M EOOD will refund the amount paid for the product within the statutory 14-day period, after making sure that the product is in a saleable condition. The refund can be made to the bank account provided by the customer.

Courier costs
Courier services for returning a product without reason (right of withdrawal within 14 days) are at the expense of the customer.

Courier costs for returning a wrong or defective product are at the expense of Agro Techno M EOOD.
