The product name and the date of purchase are indicated in the fiscal documents (invoice, fiscal receipt) that accompany the warranty certificate.
The legal guarantee of conformity is in accordance with the provisions of the updated laws 449/2003 (r) and OG 21/1992, (r2), regulations in force for individuals and on the territory of Romania. In the case of legal entities, the warranty period is half of that granted to individuals. The warranty is provided by the seller at the contact details indicated above.

The average duration of use and the warranty period for each product category are indicated below. The legal guarantee of conformity period is 24 months from the date of purchase of the product, except for products whose average duration of use is less than 24 months. The period for the elimination of the identified defects is 15 calendar days for individuals according to Law 449/2003 (r) from the moment of notification to the seller through the correspondence details indicated in the sales act, or from the moment of handing over the product to a service unit, based on a handover acceptance protocol, depending on the case. For legal entities, the elimination period will be a maximum of 25 calendar days.

Durable products with non-conformities must be taken into the possession of the selling store for service, confirmation of the defects and application of the warranty. The period of non-use of the product by the consumer for technical reasons not attributable to the consumer will be extended by the period spent in the service. In the case where the product spent several days in the service, which in total exceeds 10% of the warranty period, the consumer will receive a new product in exchange for the defective one or the value will be refunded depending on the request.

Long-term / durable parts are: clutches, springs, shock absorbers, planetary gears, body elements, steering elements, brake elements, indicators, tail lights, cables, pumps, radiators, drums and exhaust pipes, bearings, spark plugs, parts of the electric motor and alternator, moving parts of the engine.

Insurance methods of the warranty: maintenance; repairs; replacement; termination of the contract and refund of the value of the goods (in the order indicated). The conformity of the product within the warranty period is carried out first by repair using only new parts, then by replacement and later by termination of the contract (refund of the value of the product), if the latter is not disproportionate and if other corrective measures cannot be carried out, in any case without payment. The warranty is extended by the seller by the period during which the product was in the repair shop.
The consumer must inform the seller of the lack of conformity of the goods within two months from the date of its discovery. Unless proven otherwise, the lack of conformity that appears within 6 months from the delivery of the product is presumed to have existed at the time of its delivery, except in cases where the presumption is incompatible with the nature of the product or the lack of conformity.

To benefit from the guarantee, you must provide the guarantee card together with the invoice (copy) / fiscal receipt for the product. The guarantee is provided only for defects that occur under normal conditions of use according to the destination of the product.

In conclusion, the terms for returning products covered by the warranty are as follows:

- maximum 15 calendar days for individuals- maximum 25 calendar days for legal entities

The warranty is provided for a maximum period of 2 (two) years, as follows:1.24 months for motorized products (with engine) / 24 months average duration of use2.12 months for industrial products / 12 months average duration of use

Products without an engine are not covered by the warranty!

Workmanship warranty

 If the ordered products were assembled in our workshop, the 12-month warranty covers the costs of disassembly and assembly.
